Stock Development Announces New Residential Community

Collier Boulevard, also known as County Road 951, is one of Naples’ fastest growing areas. In fact, on its last lakefront parcel, award-winning Stock Development will be building its newest luxury resort-style community of Caymas.

Caymas will be located on the east side of 951, immediately across from Naples National Golf Club, and less than two miles south of I-75.

The highly respected and experienced Stock Luxury Homes and Stock Custom Homes, both divisions of Stock Development, will actually build the residences which will range on average from 2,400 to 4,000 square feet under air in size. Nationally known Pulte Homes will also be a builder in Caymas.

Only 443 homes will be built within the community’s 780 acres, of which more than half consists of lake and preserve. Five different lot sizes are also being offered, with the largest being 90 feet wide.

The amenities at Caymas will be as luxurious as the homes themselves. From dawn to dusk – and beyond – residents can stay as busy as their heart’s desire.

Caymas’ beautiful clubhouse, which will be positioned overlooking a lake, will feature a dramatic porte cochere, along with a multitude of outdoor amenities.

The clubhouse area, which is estimated at 28,000 square feet, will feature incredible amenities inside including a dining room and a private dining room, spacious kitchen, a theater, billiards room, cards/activity room, a golf simulator, locker rooms, an exercise room and even a classroom.

Positioned lakeside, outside the community’s clubhouse, will be the resort pool with dramatic waterfall, a pool café/bar, the Fiji lagoon and beach, a lap pool and aerobics, bocce courts and a bath house.

A short walk from the clubhouse are still more amenities including six pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga lawn, a covered social area, tennis shop, kayak launch and event staging.

A total of 12 floor plans with a myriad of elevations are being offered at Caymas and they will be built by either Stock Luxury Homes or Stock Custom Homes depending on the neighborhood within the community.

On the 64-foot lots five floor plans are available.

The Birchwood III is a three-bedroom plus study/two-and-a-half-bath home with 2,431 square feet under air and 3,736 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and 484 square feet of outdoor living area.

The Cambria III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and 567 square feet of outdoor living area.

The Easton III is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 2,818 square feet under air and 4,162 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and a 584-square-foot outdoor living area.

The Mayfield III is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet including a side-entry three-car garage and a 596-square-foot outdoor living area.

The Mayfield Grande is a two-story, four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033 square feet under air on the first floor and an additional 669 square feet under air on the second.

On the second floor, which has an additional full bath, homeowners have the option to keep the space as a large, open loft or divide the space as part loft and part additional guest bedroom.

In all, the Mayfield Grande has 3,702 square feet under air and 5,138 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and 596-square-foot outdoor living area.

Four floor plans are available on the 78-foot lots at Caymas.

The Covington III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-bath plan with 2,743 square feet under air and 4,593 total square feet including side-entry, three-car garage and 981 square feet of outdoor living area.

The Madison II is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,054 square feet under air and 4,779 total square feet including side-entry, three-car garage and 856 square feet of covered lanai.

The Chandler is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,136 square feet under air and 4,867 total square feet including a side entry, three-car garage and 782-square-foot covered lanai.

The Sterling III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-bath home with 3,277 square feet under air and 5,170 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and an outdoor living area measuring 1,007 square feet.

On the 90-foot lots three floor plans are being offered.

The Gardenia is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,717 square feet under air and 5,637 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and an outdoor living area that measures 1,023 square feet.

The Margo III is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,838 square feet under air and 5,722 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and an outdoor living area that measures 1,031 square feet.

The Gardenia II is a four-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,000 square feet under air and 5,901 total square feet including a side-entry, three-car garage and a 980 square-foot outdoor living area.

Every home offered in Caymas features a spacious kitchen with an island counter open to the great room, his and her walk-in closets in the master retreat, his and her sinks, private water closet, step in shower and a separate soaking tub in the master bath and luxurious laundry room with cabinetry and a convenient sink.
