Stock Development continues to make progress on the infrastructure for its newest resort-style community in Naples – Caymas.
Located on a picturesque site on the east side of S.R. 951, or Collier Boulevard, Caymas will front one of the last lakefront properties in the Naples’ area. The entrance to the luxury resort-style community will be via Collier Boulevard, directly across from Naples National Golf Club and less than two miles south of I-75.
Consisting of 780 acres, half of which are lakes and preserves,
Caymas will eventually be home to 443 homes ranging in size from 2,400 to 4,000 A/C square feet.
The highly respected and experienced Stock Luxury Homes and Stock Custom Homes, divisions of Stock Development, will be two of the builders in the community. Joining Stock as a builder in Caymas will be nationally known Pulte Homes.
According to its latest update, Stock reports it’s currently working on the second half of the utilities on the parcel Pulte will be building on. The first half has already been completed with the lots graded and perimeter sodded. Paving for the parcel will begin in June.
As for the community’s lakes, Lake 4 has been completed, while Lake 3 is approximately 50 percent complete and Lake 6 stands at 20 percent completion. The lots surrounding Lakes 4, 5, as well as sections of Lake 6 are currently being brought up to grade.
The fill for the entrance off S.R. 951 and the utilities for the entrance road to the roundabout and points northward, were started on April 4.
Construction will soon commence on Stock’s eight new model homes in Caymas. The models represent a wide variety of the floor plans available from the nationally recognized company. All eight models are expected to be completed by the summer of 2024.
A total of 12 floor plans with a myriad of elevations are being offered by Stock at Caymas, on lots that range from 62, 76 and 90 feet wide.
Pulte also recently announced two new models opening around the same time period, bringing the total number of models in Caymas to 10. They will be offering homes on 52-foot wide homesites with a total of four floor plans, starting at 2,366 square feet.
The many amenities at Caymas will be as luxurious as the homes themselves. From dawn to dusk – and beyond – residents will be able to stay as busy as their hearts’ desire.

But the list does not stop there as just a short walk from the clubhouse, additional amenities abound including a kayak launch, eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga lawn, a a Sports Pro Shop and a Gathering Space.
