Stock Development Releases 90-Foot Wide Homesites in Caymas

Stock Development, the developer of the new resort-style community of Caymas, located on the east side of State Road 951, less than two miles south of I-75, has released the 90-foot wide homesites available in the community.

“At launch we released the 62- and 76-foot wide homesites and just recently released our 90-foot wide homesites,” commented Claudine Leger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. “Within days of release they proved to be very popular.”

The 780-acre Caymas is being developed in the heart of Southwest Florida’s hottest new corridor. It will consist of only 457 incredible single-family homes and feature an amazing list of onsite amenities simply unrivaled in the Southwest Florida marketplace.

Prices currently start at $1 million.

Currently six models are open in Caymas. Four models are by Stock Luxury Homes, an award-winning division of Stock Development and two models are by nationally recognized Pulte Homes.

Stock’s models include the Birchwood III, the Cambria III, the Mayfield III and the Sterling III.

The Birchwood III is a three-bedroom plus study/two-and-a-half-bath home with 2,431 square feet under air and 3,736 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It features interior design by Colleen Wilson of award-winning Collins DuPont Design Group, which is based in Bonita Springs.

The Cambria III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage.  It features interior design by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors.

The Mayfield III is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It features interior design by Daniel Kilgore of Naples-based Soco Interiors.

The Sterling III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-bath model, with 3,324 square feet under air and 5,170 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It features interior design by Vogue Interiors.

Pulte Homes offers four beautifully designed floor plans in Caymas, two of which are models.

The Brixton is a single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home will just under 3,000 square feet under air.

The Regency Grande is a two-story, five-bedroom plus den and loft, two full-bath and two half-bath home with more than 4,100 square feet under air.

The many amenities at Caymas are spectacular. Encompassing 18 acres, the clubhouse campus will provide social spaces, activity centers and pools, as well as indoor and outdoor dining options including a resident-favorite tiki bar.
