Stock Development’s New Resort-Style Community Launching Sales Effort in Just Days

Stock Development, Southwest Florida’s premier luxury developer and home builder, will launch the sales effort for its newest resort-style community, Caymas, in late January. Although the start of sales is still a few days away, interest in the community has already been off-the-charts.
Caymas is located on a picturesque site on the east side of S.R. 951 and encompasses one of the last lakefront properties in the Naples area. The entrance to the community is less than two miles south of I-75.
Consisting of 780 acres, half of which are comprised of lakes and preserves, Caymas will eventually offer just 457 incredible single-family homes.

Encompassing 18 acres, the clubhouse campus will provide social spaces, activity centers and pools, as well as indoor and outdoor dining options including a resident-favorite tiki bar. Caymas’ beautiful clubhouse, with its indoor and outdoor spaces measuring nearly 30,000 square feet, will greet residents and guests as they pull up to the dramatic porte cochere. Inside, they’ll find a main dining room, as well as a private dining room, a spacious full-service kitchen, a theater, billiards room, a golf simulator, locker rooms, an exercise room and an aerobics area, as well as card rooms.
Lakeside and adjacent to the clubhouse, residents will enjoy a resort pool, as well as a number of other fun outdoor amenities.But the list does not stop there as just a short walk from the clubhouse recreational amenities abound including a kayak launch, eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga lawn, a Sports Pro Shop and gathering spaces. Since Caymas is a pet-friendly community, it will also feature a convenient dog park. It’s a great place to give your best friend some healthy exercise, while at the same time enjoying the great outdoors.

Each floor plan from Stock offers a myriad of elevations from which to choose and on lots that range from 62, 76 and 90 feet wide. The homes themselves range in size from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet of air conditioned living.
Currently, Stock Development has a number of beautiful models under construction. All of Stock’s homes in the community were designed by the Bonita Springs based and award-winning architectural firm of South Florida Architecture.
Stock’s first models are scheduled to open in February, with others following throughout the course of the year.


Southwest Florida’s most innovative design companies have been selected to design the models including Collins DuPont Design Group, Pizzazz Interiors, Soco Interiors, Clive Daniel Home, Vogue Interiors and Boutique Interiors.
Stock Development won’t be the only company with models in Caymas. Joining them onsite will be Pulte Homes. It will be offering four floor plans, two single-story and two two-story, on 52-foot wide homesites.
Of the four floor plans, two will be furnished models, bringing the total number of models in the community to 10. Pulte Homes’ two models include the Brixton and the Regency Grande.
The Brixton is a single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home will just under 3,000 square feet under air.
The Regency Grande is a two-story, five-bedroom plus den and loft, two full-bath and two half-bath home with more than 4,100 square feet under air.
“Caymas is exactly what we’ve been waiting for. It has a great location and amazing amenities,” one future owner is quoted as saying. “The lakefront setting is also beautiful and the homes were perfectly designed to take advantage of the views. One couldn’t ask for anything else.”
The sales effort for Caymas may be launching later this month, but interest in the resort-style community has already been extremely high and on a daily basis the sales team is communicating with many potential buyers,” said Leger-Wetzel. “They definitely want to be the first in line.”
