Stock Development, Southwest Florida’s premier luxury developer and home builder, will be launching sales later this month for its newest resort-style community – Caymas.

Located on a picturesque site on the east side of SR 951, less than two miles south of I-75, Caymas encompasses one of the last lakefront properties in the Naples area.

Consisting of 780 acres, half of which are comprised of lakes and preserves, the resort-style community will eventually offer  just 457 incredible  single-family homes.

“Not only is our location spectacular, but so are the homes themselves,” noted Claudine Leger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. “Each will offer a wide variety of picturesque views and truly reflect the incredible lifestyle offered throughout the community.”

Caymas is scheduled to have 10 beautiful models open by the end of this year. Eight will be from Stock Luxury Homes, an award-winning division of Stock Development, and two by nationally recognized Pulte Homes. Stock’s first model is scheduled to debut this winter, as is Pulte Homes’ first model.

The Series of Homes offered by Stock Luxury Homes, the Azure, the Indigo and the Cobalt, all include a myriad of stunning elevations from which to choose and will be located on various sized lots.

For example, Stock’s Azure series of homes are available on 62-foot-wide lots. The three- and four-bedroom homes range in size from approximately 2,400 to more than 3,000 square feet under air. Three of the five floor plans offered in the Azure series will be a featured model.

The Birchwood III will be a three-bedroom plus study/two-and-a-half-bath model with 2,431 square feet under air and 3,767 total square feet.

The Cambria III will be a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath model with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet.

The Mayfield III will be a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath model with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,478 total square feet.

The Indigo series, designed to be built on 76-foot-wide lots, also features three- or four-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,700 to more than 3,700 square feet under air. It too will have three of its four floor plans available to tour when the models are open.

The Covington III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-bath model with 2,743 square feet under air and 4,600 total square feet.

The Madison II is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath model with 3,054 square feet under air and 4,777 total square feet.

The Sterling III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-bath model with 3,324 square feet under air and 5,170 total square feet.

The Cobalt series, featuring homes designed for the 90-foot-wide lots, offers three- and four-bedroom plans that range in size from 3,700 to 4,000 square feet under air. Two of its three floor plans will also be furnished models.

The Margo III is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath model with 3,838 square feet under air and 5,731 total square feet.

The Gardenia II is a four-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,000 square feet under air and 5,910 total square feet.

Stock’s eight models will be designed by Southwest Florida’s most innovative design companies including Collins DuPont Design Group, Pizzazz Interiors, Soco Interiors, Clive Daniel Home, Vogue Interiors and Boutique Interiors.

As for Pulte Homes, it offers four floor plans on 52-foot wide homesites in Caymas. Of the four floor plans, two will be furnished models.

The Brixton is a single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home will just under 3,000 square feet under air.

The Regency Grande is a two-story, five-bedroom plus den and loft, two full-bath and two half-bath home with more than 4,100 square feet under air.

“The early response to Caymas, its outstanding location and beautifully designed homes has been overwhelming positive,” commented Leger-Wetzel. “However, another major attraction to the community is its incredible amenities, which buyers simply can’t wait to enjoy.”

The amenities at Caymas will be as luxurious and fun as the community itself. From dawn to dusk the residents will be able to stay as busy as their heart’s desire.

From fine dining featuring delicious cuisine to sipping a cocktail at the poolside bar, or taking a refreshing dip in the pool to relaxing next to the sun-drenched lagoon, the amenities inside and outside the clubhouse will be unrivaled in the marketplace.

Encompassing 18 acres, the clubhouse campus will provide social spaces, activity centers and pools, as well as indoor and outdoor dining options including a resident-favorite tiki bar.

Caymas’ beautiful clubhouse, with its indoor and outdoor spaces measuring nearly 30,000 square feet, will greet residents and guests as they pull up to the dramatic porte cochere.

Inside, they’ll find a main dining room, as well as a private dining room, a spacious full-service kitchen, a theater, billiards room, a golf simulator, locker rooms, an exercise room and an aerobics area, as well as card rooms.

Lakeside and adjacent to the clubhouse, residents will enjoy a resort pool, as well as a number of other fun outdoor amenities.

But the list does not stop there as just a short walk from the clubhouse recreational amenities abound including a kayak launch, eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a yoga lawn, a Sports Pro Shop and gathering spaces.

“Since Caymas is a pet-friendly community, it will also feature a convenient dog park,” revealed Leger-Wetzel. “It’s a great place to give your best friend some healthy exercise, while at the same time enjoying the great outdoors.”
