Stock’s Beautiful Models Attracting Buyers to Caymas

Ever since Stock Development unveiled its beautiful new resort-style community named Caymas, it has been the talk-of-the-town and an absolute must-see destination for new home buyers.

Since its launch, Stock Luxury Homes and Pulte Homes have combined sales totaling more than 75 homes in Caymas, an outstanding feat so early in the community’s history.

Caymas is located on the east side of State Road 951, less than two miles south of I-75.

It features interior design by Colleen Wilson of the award-winning Collins DuPont Design Group, which is based in Bonita Springs.

The Cambria III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet, including a side-entry and three-car garage.  It features interior design by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors.

The Mayfield III is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet, including a side-entry and three-car garage. It features interior design by Daniel Kilgore of Naples-based Soco Interiors.

The 780-acre Caymas is being developed in the heart of Southwest Florida’s hottest new corridor. Once complete, it will consist of just 457 incredible single-family homes and feature an amazing list of onsite amenities unrivaled in the Southwest Florida marketplace.

Construction inside the community is expected to be complete in the winter of 2025. Prices currently start at $1 million.
