Stock’s Popular Caymas Community Now Has 8 Models Open

Eversince Stock Development unveiled its first models in Caymas, the beautiful, newresort-style community has been the talk-of-the-town and an absolute must-stop-atdestination for new home buyers.

 

Caymasis located on the east side of State Road 951, less than two miles south ofI-75.

 

Thecommunity now has eight furnished models open. Six are by award-winning StockLuxury Homes, a division of Stock Development, and two by nationally recognizedPulte Homes.

TheMayfield III is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet, including a side-entry,three-car garage. It features interior design by Daniel Kilgore of Naples-basedSoco Interiors.

 

TheSterling III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-bath model, with 3,324 squarefeet under air and 5,170 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-cargarage. It features interior design by Vogue Interiors.

 

TheCovington III model is a three-bedroom plus study/three-bath home with 2,743square feet under air and 4,600 total square feet, including a side-entry,three-car garage. Collins DuPont Design Group was the interior designer for themodel.

 

 

 

TheMadison II is a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bathmodel with 3,054 square feet under air and 4,777 total square feet. It featuresinterior design by Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky of Clive DanielHome.
